Rachel's Unisex Hair Designs

Had highlights done. Afterwards, I politely voiced that my hair was stripey, that was met with denial and quickly turned into Rachel SCREAMING and SWEARING in my face. Even though I approached this politely and calmly, I had to leave the premises because Rachel was being SO aggressive and arguing there was nothing wrong with my hair *see photos*. She was still shouting at me as I walked out the door. To add, there was a racist undertone to conversation, e.g. you know what the GERMANS are like"

Very reasonable priced such a lovely hair dresser amazed each time I walk out the salon.

I have owned my salon for 19years now and very well astablished. The staff are very friendly and we have all worked and known each other for many years and all get on very well with a great atmosphere. As we have been told for 19 years .
