Doesn't have a separate section for Deliveroo, Uber eats etc so had to queue for 30 mins to pay for a sandwich.I get all customers equal but they should have people preparing delivery food and people serving in shop separatelyA restaurant wouldn't stop serving customers at tables just because they have a rush on deliveries so same principle should apply.Just another company providing a 20th century service model in a 21st century reality.I should have just ordered delivery from my car outside would probably have been quicker.

Friendly, fast service as is standard în a Greggs' Food on the Go shop. The layout is accessible, staff are wonferfully helpful, and the food is always warm. Also saw a staff member converse with a customer, find out what they'd wanted, and baked it fresh because there wasn't any available yet!They also worked to make sure they had everything prepared for a carer who came in, accommodated the carer and caree, and overall gave the best experienced service I've seen in a long time.

Food was tasty but drink and food was stone cold it was the last things to come out of the drivers bag. No tip today guys please heat your food up if your selling hot food

Called in for a coffee and snack, paid my bill of £6.30 but gave the server 2 £20.00 notes stuck together, I never noticed but the server Erin handed one straight back, that's honesty for you, a credit and fast, efficient service.

Joe was nice, seemed very chipper!They didn't have any pumpkin spice syrup left so he offered me alternatives.Also had a 10 minute wait on sausage rolls but he offered me a cold one if I didn't want to wait.
