LMHQ Personal Training Gym
I have been training with Lee twice a week now for just over 3 years. Lee is extremely professional but equally makes training enjoyable and great fun. I see Lee for both personal training and group training and love the combination. Every session is different to the next and Lee continues to push me harder each time as I get stronger. At 43 I feel stronger and fitter than I have ever felt. I can not recommend Lee highly enough and would never go back to a boring gym!

I contacted Lee a few months ago about joining a spin class, he was very helpful and I now attend a class with James every week. The people are really friendly and the classes great fun, since starting I have been genuinely pleased with my improved fitness levels and enthusiasm for it.

LMHQ Personal Training Gym
I started PT session with Lee a couple of months ago and my confidence and strength has grown thanks to Lee's encouragement and knowledge ensuring that I am pushing myself at the right pace. This has also led me to take up the spin class with James which is fun and challenging. I would highly recommend the LMHQ team for anyone regardless of fitness levels as there is great atmosphere and I actually look forward to the sessions. Never thought I would say that.

LMHQ Personal Training Gym
I attend a spin class @lmhq every Thursday which is taken by Tracey. It is high energy, Tracey makes it really fun and engages with the whole class. I absolutely love it and I regularly burn 400 - 450 calories each session. I had never done spin before this, I recommend it to anyone who wants to help improve their fitness and stamina. Also Tracey is the best instructor ❤️

I have been doing spin classes at lmhq for a numbers of weeks now and really enjoying them .feeling I wasn't the right shape , size or fitness to be able to do it ,it was Traceys encouragement and belief in me that made me try . And she was so right with clear instructions encouragement and guidance throughout the class anybody can do it . I would highly recommend to anyone even thinking about if unsure speak to Tracey or Lee both have wealths ofknowledge and given in a kind professional way .

Can highly recommend Lee Murphy as a personal trainer. I see him once a week and since doing so have seen my fitness levels increase a great deal. He really keeps track of your performance and ability and continuously tweaks the classes to suit my progress. He mixes the classes up so they never get boring. On a personal level he's very friendly and easy to talk to and is a great PT to see for those who are a little bit nervous about starting out.

I have trained with Lee in a group setting for over 6 years and seen him one on one since I had my 3rd baby at the start of 2021.Health and strength have always been my goals, but more recently, after some bad news, I realised I’d been eating a lot more of the wrong things and despite training lots, my weight had quickly crept up. I’m not usually someone who diets but this didn’t align with my goal to get faster and fitter to complete the next Hyrox with a decent time.During my 1-1 sessions with Lee, he offered to let me use the InBody so I could see exactly what was going on. I had put on some body fat, including visceral fat but also to my dismay I’d lost a small amount of muscle mass too.Lee offered some fantastic nutritional advice and, by looking at my total average calorie expenditure, worked out an appropriate calorie deficit to lose the desired amount of weight. He introduced me to a new app which has allowed me to easily and accurately track what I eat. Each week, Lee would motivate me with my training, pushing me further and further (178 kg sled push!!), but also he supported me with my diet. As always, he kept me accountable!Lee would listen and after 5 weeks told me to slowly up my calories, whilst tracking any changes with the InBody. It’s been 7 weeks of hard work but I have lost the gained body fat (plus a bit more). Not just that, I’ve actually managed to regain most of that lost muscle!

I attend weekly spin classes with Tracey at LMHQ. The classes are amazing! Tracey is an excellent instructor and really focuses on how to help clients get the most out of their training. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or more advanced on your fitness journey, you’ll always be made to feel comfortable at LMHQ.

I have a busy schedule trying to balance university studies with owning and competing horses. Over the past few years I have been going to the gym but found myself doing the same exercises all the time and only choosing ones I liked.Doing online training with Lee whilst I was at uni gave me fresh workout plans and accountability, he did all the hard work of planning sessions, all I had to do was get myself to the gym and smash it out!So far, over two training blocks I have lost 2kg of body fat. Now I’m back home I can’t wait to get involved with some group training sessions at LMHQ and see more improvements.Keeping my strength and fitness up is really important to me so I am the best I can be for my horses.
