Reflexology with Alice

I've had a few treatments with Alice now, and most recently have booked for a series of sessions to help with pelvic pain during pregnancy. She has a wonderfully calm manner, puts you at ease and then delivers the most relaxing treatment. I always sleep better after the sessions and feel they benefit me physically and mentally. I'd highly recommend if you're in the Hay-on-wye area.

Alice is so skilled at putting you at ease, taking a fully holistic, bespoke approach with every treatment she gives - she sensitively focuses on the elements of physical and emotional health that need attention at the time, and she's taken such care to get to know me over our sessions together to understand my needs.
