The number on google doesn’t go through. The stylists don’t pick up their phones when you’re trying to enquire about availability . They don’t keep to timing . An appointment for 2 and you end up getting attended to by 3pm .

Poor organization, no clear queuing system. You had to know which barber you want to cut your hair. I nearly missed a haircut after patiently waiting for near 1 hour. Though my protest prevented a wasted trip. Friendly people and service but need to organise themselves better.

Best hair shop, quite a long wait, be prepared to spend your whole day in there and a bit pricey compared to other local places but it's definitely worth the price and wait. Always love the outcome of my hair after visiting

The hairdressers are never there a specific time so you don't really know when to go. most of it is run on a walking versus appointments

Not even one star...ive been in there 3 times with my 12 year old son as he wants he's hair cainrolled. They first time, even though they were rude and abrupt they done my son's hair. Told me it was going to cost £20. When finished it cost £37. I was ripped off but didn't want to cause a scene in front of my son.2nd/ 3rd time I went for CainrollI was looked up and down then told no one could do it. But on both occasions there were 2 barbers and 2 hair stylists.One ladies was sitting styling a doll head.I'm not and have never been racist. My children are multi cultural. 6 kids and 32 years after my first son was born and still made to feel uncomfortable taking my son into have he's hair done. This shops staff are disgustingly rude. Made my son feel uncomfortable too.

they pushed my hairline back when all i asked for was to cut my hair down nothing else and the skinny one with the big hair is the worst don't trust this barber shop. got to the one in Belignahm there good

They do hair very good the staff are friendly and treat you like a family ..men barbers are there and they get alot of customers
