Manchester buses - no digital boards at bus stops to tell you when the next bus is due, no screens or announcements on board to tell you which stop is next - and no proper bus station to wait in, out of the cold and wet - apart from Shudehill - and that is limited to a few services. If you're going to get people out of cars and using public transport it might be a good idea to address these issues - they aren't luxuries and other British cities seems to be able to provide them.

Couldn’t give a zero so one will have to do. The worst transport organisation in the UK. Trams are slow, unreliable and overcrowded. Buses now worse since the Bee network came into existence and all the bikes have been nicked. A transport organisation that hates the passengers it’s meant to serve. Use your car instead!
