A massive thank you to all the staff at Ten Pin yesterday for being so accommodating for our North Yorkshire Inclusive Schools Sports Partnership PANATHLON Ten Pin .We had 60 children with SEND from 5 special schools .A special mention to the cleaner lady who was so helpful and friendly , chap on the check in who worked out all our results and the managers who came to check we were all ok . Thank you

Good place, noisy obviously as its a bowling alley.Scoring was very much off as you can see from our first game and the second.Scoring system was short awarding.Spoke to the manager who has given us an extra game.Prices very good.

Great arcades and pool tables on top of the bowling alley. Some staff members were rude and refused to give out change....so had to buy a Britvic55 and was charged £2.60

I informed the staff there was no soap in the toilets on our arrival. 2 hours later they were still empty. There was only one other family at the time. Should be closed down for health reasons.

Very poor customer service experience.2 check in points with only 1 member of staff. This member had a long queue with people pushing in to (assumed) try and get their slot on the alley as they were passed their time as we were.Great having the technology but when it is slowly operated it is no use in moving footfall and generating capital.Otherwise a great set up.

Love the bowling only gripe is that some pins are on cords and slow to fall over so don't get registered by the computer on the lane.Costs you a strike or spare sometimes.Happening on all the lanes every time I've been.I also like a game of pool after .Always a good atmosphere and some good deals for bowling and drinks on certain days.

The place is great, but they need more staff. Having 1 member on reception and 1 on bar isn't enough with that kind of footfall. Ordering through the QR code takes longer because the staff are so floored they don't have a chance to see online orders coming through. But the staff were lovely, and I have no issues with them

We held a kids joint birthday party here with about twenty eight children attending in total for Laser Quest and food. The kids got two games of Laser Quest which spanned about an hour. One younger sibling and a couple of other party goers played bowling instead and TenPin provided us with an inclusive lane. The kids loved it. We had the burger option for food and on reflection, we should have gone for Pizza. Manager Viktor deserves special mention - completely class throughout and nothing was too much trouble.

We had very good day at bowling. We didn't book earlier so was worries we wouldn't be able to get in. However lady at the till help us get a lane within 5 min. Which was super helpful. We had 3 games with 3year old, probably 2 would just fine. Lots of fun. Smiles, laughs. Good prices. On Saturday for 3 players 3 games £27. Which is not too bad. Good atmosphere for little ones too.Only 1 thing we were struggling for a slide/slope for little one. Staff should make people aware that they ment to share it between two lanes. Some guys took them for themselves meaning we had to share it with 3 other lanes which wasn't ideal. However as soon as we spoke to staff they sorted it out and spoken to all players. Which was very helpful.Definitely recomend the place and we will be back too! Thank you x

Lots of fun to be had here. We visited for about 3 hours on a Sunday afternoon and it was fairly quiet despite going on the weekend.The bowling lanes were good, although the scoring felt 'off' on some turns. I would knock over pins but they weren't counted and would be stood back up for me to try and hit again. Good choice of bowling ball sizes and weights, although I did have to try multiple lanes to find an 8 Medium ball that wasn't being used.Plenty of arcade games to play as well, although they are cash only so you either need to bring some with you already or use their solitary cash machine. Pretty easy to win tickets, although the prizes available isn't the biggest selection.
