Can't complain staff are lovely and go out there way to make my little boy feel comfortable.

Haircut was pretty rushed and not blended in properly on the sides. Got someone else to finish my haircut off which I thought was really unprofessional and didn't even show me the cut with a mirror from the back. Charged me 11 quid, will not be returning here as my barber does a really good job which includes my beard for £15 pounds, plus I always TIP him because he does an awesome job.

Friendly atmosphere, great service and decent prices.

First time I visited this barbers (for my 6year old son, had a wonderful experience). The barber was friendly and said he was from the Wednesbury branch so decided to go back.After today will never go back and urge others not too. The main barber cut his sons hair while we were waiting with care and precision. When it came to my sons haircut he was done in 3/4 mins and got his junior understudy to finish the sides. I noticed the back of his head was ridiculously patchy (for a no1). And then the understudy cut my son in two places. When I asked about this, instead of an apology the barber said my sons was fidgeting. I made a point of mentioning his son was fidgeting but he left without a scratch. I also said it was funny how when it was his small toddler son the understudy didn’t go anywhere near him. The barber then proceeded to say the understudy had been there 7 months and had full training. I informed him in 5 years my son has never left with a cut and his left with a small gash on the side of his face and a cut at the back of his neck. Terrible service. Terrible customer service. A very upsetting experience as a parent.

Good place for a haircut, I take my boy's there all the time, staff are friendly and happy to cut your hair how you want it.

Usually a good cut, but had a new barber cut my hair yesterday. Gave me a fade I didn't ask for and that fade is very very uneven too. Won't be going back.

a woman cuts my hair the wrong way round, you can see that she is not happy in this job as if she was too punished she has a bad mood and wants to spoil it customers do not recommend
