Still waiting for repairs, they talk the talk excellent sales team. After sales hopeless, fitting OK. Expensive as units no different to other suppliers. Use again? Probably not!

Staff went the extra mile, excellent service

I went today to Magnet in Lancaster looking for some wardrobe doors, we arrived with a flat tire and a person kindly helped us to change the tire. When we were able to get into the store, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional staff and service, the team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks

I won’t be going back, when we told the designer our budget he kind of sniggered and felt as though we was wasting his time. Then once we told him we actually had a price back only £100 over budget (this was a midrange kitchen) wickes got back that evening also at only £200 over budget, he just slapped a kitchen together, not even asking any questions of what we wanted just copied the design we already had (which in my opinion is the reason you go to different places for them to give you alternative ideas) we have been to wren and wickes which are so welcoming unlike magnet. It’s safe to say I won’t be spending my money at magnet and will be going with either wren or wickes.

Popped into this place as it had been recommended. Nice service provided & good products. Could if done with a little more lighter colours in the style we wanted but all in all for its size. A nice visit
