As a first time buyer moving into my first house couldn't have run any smoother. My overall experience with Brar & Co was excellent. I dealt with Sachin throughout my purchase who was professional, efficient and kept me calm throughout the whole process, he is a real credit to the company. This has to be one of the worst experiences. There is a common theme of lack of communication from majority of the reviews here. Our process was met with sensitive emails sent to wrong emails from Hannah to which we reminded multiple times with the correct email address. Our case was being delt with Viki - over a treacherous 4 months not once did we hear her voice on call. I found myself correcting her constantly and resolving issues by fact finding myself with the estate agent. All to which mention her lack of replies and rudeness. The estate agent , the mortgage advisor and myself were battling this firm almost everyday to work with us not against us. Mr bob brar simply does not exist - many emails sent to him pleading for his help, this was met with no further reply. They cornered us so far into the process that they started to charge us more money to complete the house SHOCKING - at this point we could not even argue it and had to settle the bill. Finally we did complete - i really dont know how I did it but thank god i had help from my mortgage advisor and estate agent. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. They have no empathetic morals to go beyond for thier clients.

**As per the reply to the below review, I had contacted Brar and Co. (On two separate occasions) to speak with Mr. Brar. Unsurprisingly, on both occasions, I was told he was busy and could he call me back. This of course never happened!Do not use!Promises will not get fulfilled and you will end up out of pocket.**Do not use! Terrible customer service. Contacted seeking advice for a family members’ visa application. We were told we had to pay £400 upfront, before any advice or support could be given. Once money was paid we received 2 emails over the course of 5 months, despite countless requests for contact and questions forwarded from ourselves. Follow up complaint direct to people dealing with the case was simply ignored with nothing heard since.

Stay away from this solicitor firm and Bob Brar, I had premises lease transfer to someone else normally take 4-6 weeks, with Brar take 10-15 mounts (more than 1 year).Solicitor fees was £660+wat when Finnish after 1 year fees was more than £1000+vat , there reason was take too long. If you already there, don't be shy to call them everyday.

We were desperately trying to find a Notary as a last moment issue with our sons documents came up 2 days before a permanent move to Malaysia, Called Bob, explained our problem, he invited us straight up to meet with him, this was a Friday, he came in on the Saturday as my Wife needed to sign further documents. it was a complicated process which Bob completed in our absence, he had all paperwork Royal Mail Special delivery to my place of work in Malaysia.Without his commitment we would be stuck and our 13 year old would not be able to attend School. Fantastic Job Bob and his Team for making all arrangements, Total piece of mind!

We used Brar&Co to do our Right to Acquire on our home. The staff were great throughout, giving us recommendations and keeping us informed on the process and how things were going. The staff at Brar&Co have all been friendly and very professional when we have called the offices and everyone we have spoken to have strived to get us the answers to our queries.
