Was swayed by the speeds offered for my sons gaming. Bought myself out of my previous contract and so regret it. Get this company and never settle down to stream Netflix/Prime again without getting peed off with buffering or frozen screen with the sound playing

Had this company for 4 weeks. Constant issues with connectivity, constantly offline. Speeds are appalling despite supposedly paying for fast broadband. My tv constantly buffers and have now needed to purchase more data from my mobile company as can't use wifi. Difficult to understand the people at tech support. Totally regretting moving to this company. Virgin might be appalling for customer service but it was, at least, reliable!Called the customer line, went from caller number 1 to caller number 8 numerous times. Call Centre is definitely NOT in the UK as promised. Customer Service Advisor was not interested .. I will arrange for technical team

Cheap but stay away! I don't normally give bad reviews but just had so many problems I'm on the 900 mbpm + fibre, firstly only getting around 100-200mbps max. Internet keeps cutting out. Then when I call up nothing gets done, very hard to get your point across no one understands you and told I have to pay my whole 2 years amount to come out of the contract.

My brother who has a brain injury was missold broadband even though he doesn't even have a smart phone or a computer. We were asked to return the router which we did but didn't receive a refund despite several attempts. Do not trust this company.

Don’t do it !! Won’t allow me to cancel Wi-Fi and had it over the initial contract time and paid on date. Constantly bad connection dropping out, being told to do multiple things. Ongoing for months now, disgusting.Offering 5g which you can’t even connect to.They have opened my emails about cancellation and not followed up hoping I’d go away.Horrible experience!Pay nearly £350 a year for something that barely works

These guys are cheaters! Please never ever buy this. There are better providers in the market. No value for the money you spend. They have a phone line which is not reachable when they have a problem(well! Which is the case most of the time)

Scam company.Not a properly setup internet connection for you. Cuts corners on their end. Forced into a 12 month contract and can't get out unless I pay the remaining £400. I should be able to get out of this contract as I'm not getting the service. Multiple connections lost. Couldn't setup when I joined in the beginning. Absolutely useless in support by ticket system or social media.

Really poor broadband after switching to them. Often the service stops working. They do not answer their phones so it is impossible to resolve.

Quick update they have reached out to me and offered me a private ip address, this is usually reserved for their business users, this has fixed my issues for now.I shall continue to monitor this and update the review as currently it's working as advertised.They don't mention this anywhere on their site but they run off a carrier grade nat setup which means poor performance and no private ip address, you have to really look for this on their website but they mention they don't provide private ips to residential addresses.When I intitally signed up they had some good reviews but recently all the bad reviews have mounted up and I can see why, my experience so far...Issues on the first day with high pings, voip would not allow me to get a full sentence out before lag, games are impossible to play with 300+ ping, I contacted someone on their helpdesk who seemed more interested in going home, yes it was near the end of day but they get paid for this and was eager to escalate" code for going home after the call.Day 2 of installation and it's already gone down. 1000+pings then it just went downHad to rush in to the office as I work from home
