Nice clean quite place for family holidays who loves to cook rather than eating out.

stayed at sutten rd southend on sea 2 bed apartment.fully aquiped .you need nothing but food and drink.quiet and shops nearby.5 10 mins drive from adventure island.clean and tidy.myself and my 3 kids really injoined staying there.staff friendly and helpfull will go again hopefully xmas time.recomended .big thumbs up.felt like home from home when we settled down after unpacking and done our own persional stuff.

My experience at Meridian was excellent!First of all, customer service was very warming. I brought my mum and sister here as a birthday and New years retreat, we felt so comfortable in the clean and tidy two bedroom apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, It's a bit if home away from home.Will definitely stay here again when in the area.Thank you

Not fabulous for the money paid, disorganized and foreign housekeeper that was very stressed and arsey with us, all mod cons but very cheap,beds could do with an upgrade and shower heads de scaled !!! Wouldn't stay there again for the price we paid!!!

Fantastic long weekend. Just what we wanted. Great self contained apartment. Just enough room for 2 adults and 3 children. 2 beds in each bedroom and a single In the living space. Clean. Spacious. Quiet. Great staff. Very welcoming and helpful. I will be coming back.

Home away from home.Highly recommended lovely apartments. Was here for 3 months with my kids.Very clean well maintained. The caretaker Zoya done everything to ensure my stay comfortable & kept my apartment clean & supplied with fresh towels.Zoya you done an amazing job & thank you for all your hard work

The staff were very friendly and helpful, good location close to local amenities and only a small walk to the beach. Very clean and tidy apartment with parking outside very useful. Wish we could of stayed longer as the weather was amazing and my son thoroughly enjoyed the sea side.

So it was a disaster.1st off there is no soundproofing. You can hear everything from the hallway and the other flats.2nd the place was filthy. There was dust and dirt everywhere. I am glad I didn't have reason to use the washing machine or microwave. Had to clean the bathroom prior to use. Lipstick stains everywhere.3rd many things either broken or unusable. All of the beds were broken so bases were bowed and sat on floor, wall hooks hanging, wardrobe doors hanging off, toilet seat broken and doesn't stay up, toilet roll holder broken, window handles almost off, iron missing water cap, clock has no batteries, only 2 forks supplied for a 4 person booking! TV was HDMI input only and DVD was scart output only and only 1 loo roll for the entire week stay...Very little safety. There were no locks or catches on the Windows so children could easily open all Windows to full width and fall out. No extra lock or chain on front door, just a twist lock at waist height. Resulted in my 2year old being able to let himself out of the flat with no issue.I tried contacting the telephone provided and was ignored. Not happy looking 600 for 1 week stay that we couldn't stay in property all day due to safety concerns and to top it off we couldn't even leave feedback direct or try and resolve anything. Will never stay hear again.
