Waited over a year for a new spring??? Reported a paint problem within the 1st 3 months of getting my new Ranger, that was over 3 years ago and the vehicle is now out of warranty!! Not the company it once was. The spring was replaced within a week with Trust Ford, which is proper customer service.

My point proven exactly, on numerous occasions, as soon as your types leave the forecourt, and the money handed over, you're forgot about, after sales service is seriously seriously poor... Trying to get something ordered for parts, a phone call back, or an answer in after sales, you may forget about it..

Bought car about year and half ago and been giving problems since, went in to ask for some after sales advice or help and was told by 4 members of staff behind 1 counter that there was ‘nothing we can do’ Nothing you could do I said?? ‘we can’t help you’ was the exact words. Wasn’t even given 5mins. Only asked for it to be put on a computer or something but I had to leave. I’ll not be recommending or going back.

DO NOT BUY A CAR WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL COMPANY TO WORK WITH! bought a car off them that turned out to be dodgy and they were atrocious service amongst all staff members. Issue was raised with service department multiple times but nothing was ever sorted properly. Car is now broken down and the company are doing nothing to help me. Absolute disgrace of a place wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Worst customer service would not recommend this garage to anyone bought an anti theft kit for my van was given a price for it fitted then was asked for an extra £100 the mechanic could not do it so I took it to my own mechanic parts missing can not use it. Waste of time and money
