Therapy and Life Centre
I have been visiting Will for sports massage treatment for the past few months and he is incredible at releasing tension in my back and quads - I could literally cry with relief at the end of the session such is the release of tension! Will is also highly knowledgeable with his PT experience and personal experience of back pain. He always provides follow up exercises but with realistic expectations around what's achievable for people with busy lives. Highly recommend.

I have been with the team for over 4 years now and I look forward to every appointment. I regularly see Sharon but am able to book an appointment with anyone at anytime if I have an emergency.Working closely with Sharon, I am now able to keep up maintenance visits and avoid any injuries.

Visiting the therapy and life centre is always a calming and comfortable experience and has done me the world of good . I suffer with very tight shoulders and aches and pains from poor posture , which the therapists have always improved , eased and helped me with. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none. Highly recommend!

I regularly see Sharon for sports massages and she does an amazing job at releasing the tension from my back, neck, shoulders and hips. She’s friendly and professional and always knows exactly which muscles to target. As someone who works at a desk I find these massages to be a real lifesaver!

My daughter booked an appointment for me with Will for a deep tissue massage. I had a few ongoing problems and he addressed them all. Felt so much better afterwards and am definitely going to book a followup when I'm back down.

A little gem in a very accessible part of Coulsdon. I had a sports massage with Liz and was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed the minute I walked in.She was able to quickly identify which areas and muscles needed the most attention and I’ve felt so relaxed and less tense since leaving. Looking forward to my next one and so forth.Thanks Liz and team!

I’ve been visiting the team at Therapy and Life since it opened and cannot fault the service I receive. I’m always made to feel welcome and the therapists always listen to my needs in a highly professional way. The centre is clean and tidy and I would recommend to anyone needing a sports massage or similar. I visit once a month to relieve muscle ache and always look forward to my next appointment.

This was my first time visiting the Centre.Saw Will who I had a sports massage booked with.I was very impressed as he knew exactly where the pain was. Will explained everything and what he was going to do. He was very professional and knowledgable.I will be visiting again.
