We were very impressed with the excellent service provided by Touchwood. When moving into our new-build house, we wanted something that would look modern and special. We visited Touchwood several times where Belinda was both helpful with her advice and patient giving us plenty of time to think things over. She even suggested that we wait for the new range of Karndean and we were glad that she did - as we eventually decided to go with this new flooring. We highly recommend Touchwood - the carpet and flooring are amazing quality, feels comfortable and looks incredible! The fitters were experienced and professional and did a fantastic job. We cannot thank Belinda enough for looking after us and helping us through some tough decisions and for her exceptional service! Would definitely recommend.

Belinda is incredibly helpful and will do all she can to help you out. She is professional and has a lot of expertise. She provided carpets for our first floor of a new house, and did project flooring all throughout downstairs. Her fitters were also professional and work to very high standards. We are really happy, would highly recommend and will use again.

What a great company!We were looking to replace all of our downstairs floor. We wanted to have a look that flowed from the front door without any jointing thresholds.Whilst we had a good idea of the look, we did not have any real idea of a floor material, yet having had LVT in the hall previously and aware it was very resilient against scratches and dents, that was our preference.After looking around and being disappointed in materials and colours, as well as a real explanation in the process we found Touchwood.The team from start to finish were very helpful, both in understanding what we wanted, plus great advice the on materials and their installation process.The installation was amazing, so professional and fantastic attention to detail.
