Carl came round as my dishwasher was shorting the mains breaker in my flat. He was very persistent to find the fault and not only did he fix a cable short circuit, he noticed that the dishwasher wasn’t sounding right and his investigation led to him finding a small coin sized battery in the drain pipe. The total bill for a new cable and labour only came to £94. A very professional service!

The service was excellent. The communication - online, via phone and in person was clear and very helpful. They worked extremely hard, offered great value for money, and did a brilliant job. I will use them again, and would recommend them to all.

Had Carl out a few weeks ago to take a look at our oven after it stopped working. Carl assessed that it was obviously the element that’d gone and ordered the replacement part. A few days later he returned to complete the repair. I had misinformed him that the fan was working and after fitting the new element he told me it wasn’t. New element worked great and I was happy with the repair. Carl done his due diligence and I assume checked some technical documentation, then emailed me a few hours later to tell me the oven running without the fan may result in a reduced lifespan for the element, and offered to wave his callout fee to come back and replace the fan for the cost of the part alone!Great service, and Carl is a really polite and friendly chap. I’d definitely recommend him to someone like an elderly relative.
