Couldn’t have been more helpful regarding my issue. Boiler was cutting out, initial phone call was excellent he guided me through a few troubleshooting tips. The next day he phoned me to see how I got on and offered to come by if needed the next day, which he did, on time exactly as he said he would be. Extremely friendly and well presented with great phone manner and people skills, vans smart too! Extremely knowledgeable and helped me make a start on getting the boiler fixed which turned out to be a issue for a heating engineer. I learned quite a lot from him on a short space of time which was extremely valuable. Can’t thank you enough!-Lewis

Outstanding work from SS. Stuart checked everyting and changed wiresthat were not up to stannard. Very clean workman. So polite. . Before he left he made sure we were 100% happy. Must mention Monty his apprentice,both worked hard. Yes we had to wait for a appointment but worth the wait.
