Therapy St Albans

I recently finished 4 years of therapy with Derrick. In a way it feels like the time has flown by, but in another way it feels like a lifetime, as I do not recognise the person I was when I first met him. I feel a lot more confident and I understand myself a lot more.I have had some very tough times while under his care and also after it finished, but I feel I now have the tools necessary to deal with them. Thank you!

I started seeing Derrick online during the 2020 pandemic and I believe it's the best decision I've made for myself. He's an amazing therapist who not only listens but responds in a kind, understanding and not judgemental way. I can't imagine where I would have been without his help.

Getting therapy with Derrick has helped me a great deal and I would highly recommend him.
