Awful chips, god knows when they were cooked about a week ago I should think. We went in there about hour before closing very little choice to be had, will not be using again even if I’m famished.

The chips were lovely. The service was cheerful but slow. The fish was very 2nd grade. Small and soggy!2 cod and chips, pot of curry sauce and a vinegar £27.50.

Fast service. Lovely creamy chips and huge pieces of delicious golden cod where you are paying for the cod and not the batter like some fish and chip shops.Open till 8:00 then 9:00 on Saturday and Sunday so civilised supper time option. Opening times differ from Google so photo of current times attached.Can get busy, but the staff cook all orders to order. Fish locally sourced same day so nicely fresh and very tasty.Totally recommended.

Chips took ages and tasted over cooked, very little to the cod portions £24.00 for 2 cod and chips, very over priced, would not recommend. Terrible meal and total waste of money.

Food was nice, and staff were not rude (as mentioned in quite a few other reviews.)We held a small ceremony and burial for the fly we found in the chips.

Great chippy. Cod, chips and mushy peas were very good, and good portion sizes. Staff were great.
