Purbeck Shooting School
Shot here today. 15 stands with plenty of different options on each from intermediate to advanced. Lovely woodland environment with a relaxed atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and helpful plus a nice little gun shop and cafe. I look forward to going back again.

Purbeck Shooting School
Booked a spur of the moment lesson while on holiday. This turned into the best decision of the holiday. Our instructor was warm,friendly very informative and most of all fun. Never done anything like this before so was not expecting to hit anything. Well I was wrong hit plenty but also missed plenty. I highly recommend you pop in for a lesson. Fantastic.

Love this place! Really friendly and helpful staff and that's been my experience of the other members I've encountered. Pick your times and you'll have the numerous stands to yourself. I'm a novice shooter and Purbeck SS is ideal.

Purbeck Shooting School
Extensive variety of clays. Most quite testing for beginners. A lot of no birds which they don't cover as they only allow 10%. Staff pretty grumpy, but try to cover it with irritating Americanised phrases like enjoy" or the forced "how did you get on today?" They could do with changing the setup more often. Maybe only open 3 days a week - staff might be happier

This was our first time shooting clay pigeons and it was so good! Rob made us feel really safe and was so supportive and encouraging. We left and starting googling ‘what sports can we do in the Olympics that involve shooting’.Highly recommend!!

Purbeck Shooting School
We had a really great team day experience. It started with a delicious full English breakfast at the Club House then we were split into two smaller groups, expertly guided by Trevor and Bob, who were really fun and informative. They both took time to explain what was happening and gave us one to one tuition which meant regardless of our level of skill we all got the best out of the day. The groups then re-joined for a mini competition. Thank you for making it a memorable day.

Purbeck Shooting School
My family and I went shooting for the first time and had a fantastic time at Purbeck! Trevor was a great instructor, clear, patient and helpful with tips to improve, we did a couple intro rounds and built up to the difficult but fun shoots. We never felt rushed and had all the equipment necessary. We’ll definitely be back when back in the area.

I went clay pigeon shooting here with friends for the first time and was very impressed with the level of tuition. The instructors spent time with everyone to ensure they reached their full potential
