Sports Massage Hove

Nick came to see me on the 26th June at my place. I had never had a sports massage (or any massage) before so didn't really know quite what to expect. I called Nick because I'd been having an annoying pain in my upper back that was stopping me from weightlifting. Nick was a really nice guy and very professional. He took his time asking me about what kind of activities I do and how the pain came about. He spent some time examining my back and seeing how I moved, and then massaged the whole back, and pretty much immediately was able to zone in on the problem area. The experience was actually quite pleasant. After about an hour I felt a lot looser and relaxed, my whole back just felt like it had been given a reset. Afterward, he gave me some advice on how to treat the injury going forward, and so far I feel like things are moving in the right direction. He was happy to answer my questions and at no point did it feel rushed. I would whole heartedly recommend Nick.

Brilliant first sports massage with Nick who was professional, kind & clearly very knowledgeable. So convenient that he was able to set up in my kitchen too. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with constant back/ neck tension & headaches like myself.

Great massage and communication! Nick managed to fit in a massage for me on short notice and was very considerate of the fact I had a powerlifting competition coming up and took into account everything I'd asked for. He also helped me on certain stretching and recovery bits to try to make sure I am not causing an injury during my training. Thanks, Nick!

I have tried many other places before but this is one of the massages I’ve ever had! Nick is so attentive, intuitive and calm with very good energy. I received useful advices on exercises and stretches and felt jelly-like after the massages. I got one for my partner for their birthday and would definitely recommend Nick to anyone who is after actually effective massages.

I can´t recommend Nick high enough. He took his time to see what was the problem with my back. He is very professional and makes you feel comfortable during the whole session. The massage was absolutely fantastic and next day I was starting to feel better from the pain I had in my lower back and leg. I definitely will book him again. After meeting him 3 years ago I wouldn´t trust anyone else.
