It was my first time visiting the salon. I felt at ease immediately and they did the excellent job of getting my full legs waxed. It will be a pleasure to return for a course of treatments.

I love coming to Tessa Stevens I have been a few times now and they always great you with a smile. All the team are very professional and sincere. I have another booking with them in Nov. Clean bright shop that always has a lovely window display.

My twelve year old daughter had her first underarm waxing experience done in a clean, professional place and we came out of the room very pleased. The environment was extremely peaceful, with gentle piano background music to calm any nerves. The aesthetician there was extremely friendly and comforting, explaining what she was going to do step by step. We would highly recommend this place. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I am so grateful to both Tessa and Michael who have helped give me some confidence back after a terrible time with eczema…they have taken their time with me, explained things to me and tailored plans to help me…offered detailed advice and recommendations, no pressure and most of all, I feel have genuinely cared…it all feels so personal which I love…all the staff are smiley and approachable and I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to visit! I love getting facials at Tessa Stevens. I’ve been treated by both Ranjit and Aisha before and they are very attentive and knowledgeable. The staff do a great job at creating a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I received a voucher from my daughters. Due to moving house I had packed the voucher away and a year later I came across it in some boxes. I rang the shop explaining my predicament asking if I could still use the expired voucher. The receptionist (male) was very lovely and polite and said he would call me back after he spoke to the owner (Tessa). To be honest, I didn’t think he would call back but he did and I was grateful that I was allowed to redeem the voucher. That showed good customer service from Tessa and the receptionist. I subsequently attended my appointment for my first ever eyelash lift. The beautician Sarah, was lovely. As she started the procedure I became anxious and felt my anxiety rising. I was going to stop the procedure but Sarah, was so patient and good, she regularly reassured me and kept asking if I was okay. She chatted to me through the procedure making me laugh to keep me distracted. Before I knew it the procedure, which in hindsight was actually okay was over before I knew it. My lashes are popping and I’m extremely happy that I stayed the course with the support of Sarah. Lovely clean shop with lovely people. I will definitely return, this time more prepared and less anxious. Thank you Sarah.
