I'm thankful that our tour bus stopped here last year. Everything I tried was good but the pineapple tarts were one of the best things I've ever had. I went back and got some more to take on the bus. We loved Scotland. There were many highlights to our trip and these tarts were definitely among them. If I ever get the chance to return to Scotland I'll be returning to Granny Jean's as well. I wish there was not 3300 miles and an ocean between us.

Bumbles of Kelso, shop now looks modern, stylish & clean. Great menu choices, fabulous pastries, pies & pasties, home made soup, cakes & bakes and at last a visible choice of fillings to choose from. Just had a fruit scone, fresh out the oven (still warm), generous size and absolutely delicious! Cannot recommend Bumbles enough. well done guys, finally a lovely local place for a take away lunch.
