She is very professional, knowledgeable and always tries to go the extra mile to give you choices and helpful tips and hints with nutrition. Absolutely perfect! Elaine really listened and took my complicated case onboard. I suffer from various issues that make treatment difficult difficcult due to various meds but she was wonderful.
