Very good company. First guy that helped was very nice but couldn’t complete task. I was still very grateful for his service. Then Rui took over in and out within 10 minutes. Fast and efficient guys and they did not sound condescending and was polite especially for a solo female driver like me. Highly rate!

My car had a flat tire while I was giving way to ambulance. Fastrack tyres arrived to where I was in an hour and finished all repairs in 16 minutes. I thought about whether I should move my car to the garage and when I could use it again, but it was all resolved within an hour and I could use the car right away. It was a really fast service and Lui was so professional.

I would have given them zero star if there was any option.Tried to convince me to pay £40 for permanent puncture or replace tyre.They don't provide any option to repair the tyre temporarily.Offered me Banzo tyre and charged me £140, actual price of tyre is £48. When I showed them price they replied that they charge emergency price(take it or leave it). Ripped offAnd now I'll receive an automated response from them.

Amazing service, second time round. Great communication and quick service. Marek quickly arrived and fixed the puncture. Marek was professional and most importantly friendly. Would highly recommend and would use again. Thank you.

Got a late night call out, Tiago came out and did an amazing job, so quickly too, he reassured me with checks and made sure I knew what was happening along the whole way. For the time of the night, it was a great price too. Would definitely recommend and call again myself

Marek was very knowledgeable changing tiers for a classic Bentley which are a little complex to most moderne cars also excellent customer service very responsive, friendly and accommodating.

A huge thank you to these guys who came to my rescue at almost 3 in the morning. They drove a very long way to help in the dark and pouring rain. Once they arrived, my car was sorted out promptly and they did not rip me off being a solo female stuck in a vulnerable position. Thank you Fastrack!

Very surprised with the speediness of service. I called and waited about 15mins, a gentleman named Rui contacted me to let me know he was on his way and I could not fault the service at all. He was very kind, calm and polite. Changed my tyres very quickly. Thank you I never knew this company existed and very happy with the professionalism and service. Definitely recommend.
