One of the double checker was so rude, because he moved my trolley I asked him why did you moved the trolley he said he need the staff for floor I was waiting for an hour and i said to him I’m not happy what you have done then he said go somewhere if you are not happy.I complained to the management team he said call the head office.

The person who answers the phone on the desk is not suitable for the job and not helpful. I am a customer there for 7/8 years now and sometimes when I call to check stocks. She makes me feel like not to come to Dhamecha so I go other wholesalers instead.

Really need to sort there selfs out. this place is a nightmare for me to deliver to every-time. i turn up for the time given and regularly have to wait 2-3 hours to be unloaded ! utter chaos !

The best cash and carry in north london, with the great deals and don’t need to go anywhere else. Always well stocked and very tidy. The only problem is some of staff is very lazy but still alright, trading with them for more than 15 years very happy.
