I went today around 3pm to get a click and collect order I had done. I didn’t realise I had to check in with staff at the front door and went straight to the till that said click and collect, I was rudely greeted by a worker named jo who grunted at me, rolled her eyes then whispered a swear word under her breath. I tried to be helpful and asked if she wanted me to read the order number out to which she stopped me mid sentence and abruptly said no then asked me for the number anyway. She got my order and just slid it across the counter at me, I stood there not knowing if I needed to do anything else and she just kept sighing up me. I have social anxiety, going to a shop alone is already a big task for me and Jo has made me not want to go back. The wallpaper I ordered is lovely though!

I love my new curtains so much, so happy with them. They look amazing. This was a real splurge for me, however I'm super happy with the results and the quality. Worth the money. The in store customer service was good too. The only thing that let the service down slightly was not being contacted when the order was ready. Overall extremely happy.

I seldom leave reviews as I think they are generally a self indulgent waste of time but I am going to leave one today 6/12/23 as I have just experienced the worst customer service imaginable, including being accused by four members of staff of effectively lying!I have an elderly disabled partner who thought she might like an electric over blanket , I went in to the store to purchase one on her behalf and took it out to my vehicle, which was parked outside close to the store entrance, where my partner was waiting, when she felt the weight of the bag in which it was packaged she decided it would be too heavy for her, neither of us at any time removed it from the bag either in store or outside. I took it back into the store to ask for a refund and explained the situation only to be told the bag had been opened so they couldn’t offer a refund, I told the cashier this was not the case and it definitely had not been opened by either of us, whereupon the cashier who had originally served me shouted out from two tills away that she had not sold it as it now was, then yet another staff member said they would have to check the cctv to which I obviously said ‘yes please do’ then almost unbelievably yet another (male) staff member appeared and again said the bag had been opened. This whole episode was extremely upsetting, annoying and somewhat embarrassing in front of the very long line of customers waiting impatiently in line behind me, while I had to loudly protest the fact that the blanket had not been removed from the bag by either myself or my partner at anytime! (Eventually was refunded) Absolutely disgracefull.

Great place to start for our first real shopping trip for things for the house. Good to get to see and feel the quality and size of products and ended up spending far more than we planned, haha. Nice to stop for lunch, too. This place is recommended

Fantastic, staff helpful and knowledgeable. They made it so easy and enjoyable. Went to the cafe which was busy but again the staff there took time to explain the deals. So will be back to explore more.

Always love a visit here, loads of items under one roof. Good cafe and Toilet facilities. Good competitive prices. What more can you ask for on a Sunday afternoon shopping trip.

Went in to just get blinds and ended up coming out with way more things than I expected. Incredible bargains, managed to get several light fittings down to £7 from about £80 so that’s every room in my house sorted now.The shop is tidy and presented well. Was also lovely and cool on a hot day.The cafe was lovely, just wish they’d have the kids menu available to look at rather than asking them to read it to you Everytime.Will be back for more things to fill my homeWith soon

Dunelm Ringwood Rd - Saturday 12th Nov 2023.Visited the store for a second time this week. Got waht I needed but the queues at the tills to pay horrendous....not the staffs fault I might add. They just don't have enough people, one member of staff used her headphones to request staff but said there's simply not enough trained team members. Shane really as store Ssistnace all very helpful.....but clearly u der an enormous amount of pressure.Julian

Little disappointed as the prices online were different to in store for the digital kitchen scales I wanted?! I still bought them however as they were still cheaper and better quality than anywhere else i had seen similar. Very helpful staff and no long queues at the check out so not all bad.

Most of my items sadly arrived broken, chipped, and stained.The delivery driver handled the boxes carefully from his van to my door, but the way the items have been packed, I'm not surprised they've been damaged in transit.I contacted the customer service team via email and they were very helpful and quick to respond. I sent them pictures of the damaged items and they offered to replace or refund the items.I cannot fault how my complaint has been handled and for that reason alone I have given Dunelm 3 stars, rather than 1 star.
