Buccaneer's Bay

Totally love it here, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I've got a two year old and this place is the perfect size, not so big I can't see him and not so small he's not entertained. Really like the Tuesday morning toddler morning deal is real value for money

The area designations for the different age groups was not clear. There's a very small section for 0-3 year olds which is largely used by older kids making it unsafe for toddlers and babies. Seems like a great place for older kids but not worth it if you have a toddler.

Much too hot in there, couldn't see my 4 year old who was at a birthday party for at least 15mins as there is a total blind spot from ground level. Toilet was very wet on the floor and the proper light wasn't working! It is a great place but needs attention to sort the issues!!

Four year old Granddaughter loves it here! GreatGrandad loves the chip butties! Lovely friendly staff

I didn't even want to give it 1 star i've had birthday parties here for past 5 years but will never book again 2 hour party and was asked to move nearly 40 minutes before end of party was due plus the gold package party was rushed and un organised not to mention all the staff were basically children themselves who not once smiled through the event no free drinks which came with the package was offered the kids had been sat 30 seconds with food before cake was thrown in front of the birthday girl and ice cream brought in and when asked to slow down by the father he was verbally abused by staff I mean a 12 year old lookng girl and no party hosts as promised .. fortunately the kids didn't notice but wont be booking again... play area being ran by children!!

First time I went there it's good the kids thought it was great the food is good and you get plenty,the choices are good too its clean will be going again

We've visited Buccaneer's Bay numerous times over the past 12 months and have always enjoyed the experience. It's our daughter's favourite soft play centre in the area and we decided to have her birthday party here. Have to say, it was great value for money. The selection of party food was ideal for kids and looked great...lots of choice and plenty for the kids to eat! Staff were really friendly, polite and attentive (they always are in our experience). The party bags were fantastic...best ones we've seen from the numerous parties we've been to. At the end of the party there were 20 happy (and tired) kids...and lots of happy parents. Thank you Buccaneer's Bay for helping to make our daughter's birthday special.

Fantastic fun, lovely friendly team, great choice of slides, bouncy castle, really enjoyed our food and drinks. We'll be back again soon
