I bought one of their garden gazebo's. We waited in on two separate days for delivery only for nothing to turn up. I got Etsy involved and on the third attempt an incomplete item arrived. No instructions but not that hard to work out. I got Etsy involved again and it took three weeks to get the missing parts. The feather board for the roof is low quality the rest of it is OK. I won't be a returning customer as I don't expect purchases to turn into a battle to get what I paid for.
