Ordered through app for home delivery. Missing half the order ???? Chip in kids meals were unediable. It took 10 mins to delivery but the chip felf like they had been in fridge never again

Waited nearly 20 minutes after ordering a mayo chicken, cheeseburger and large fries at the drive thru. Chips were hot but not a full portion and were undercooked and anaemic. The burger and chicken were just warm, so clearly had been sitting around, so no excuse for the wait and no apology when it was eventually delivered to the car by a worker who couldn't have been more miserable. The homeless fella sitting between the payment and collection windows, barking abuse at customers who didn't give him money says it all. Clearly, management have not got a grip.Forget this one. Will never go here again.

Ordered the McPlant, just for a change, the look on the girls face when she gave me my food, you'd of thought l asked for a babies head, infact she didn't call out my order number , but who ordered the McPlant" as if it was unheard off

Large Big Mac meal and you get half a pack of chips, food cold. The place was empty when we got there so its not like it was busy.

I personally don't like the food, we only called in for a cuppa. The price is reasonable. The interior was clean and tidy. We were very lucky, when we went it wasn't too busy. We have been there before and it was packed with children and we couldn't hear ourselves think. No offence to parents, it's just that if you want a chat over a cuppa, you don't need screaming children. I can't blame the children, it was us choosing the wrong time to go there, just after school iys let out. Pleasant experience today.

Went here this morning. The manager on the front of the shop was dressed in normal clothes in a world of his own and walked around with a clipboard. I asked for 3 sausage and egg meals, and he said I couldn't have a large latte. I've had many large drinks with a breakfast meal. But he even messed up my order by giving me double sausage and egg meals. He is very unprofessional for a manager.
