Nigel provides a really helpful and knowledgeable service. Kilfords installed data cables throughout my house, concealed very neatly and terminated in a data cabinet. This has given me a much faster and more reliable internet connection. He has also installed mains power to a garden outbuilding for me, again a really neat and professional job. Will definitely use Kilfords for my next maintenance jobs!

Nigel started off very professionally with great banter and we had a brilliant customer/tradesman relationship, but has let us down and not finished the mistakes/ finer details despite being paid. He 'ghosted' all texts and voicemails (15+ made) after he did not show up in January without explanation. Bumped in to him in town and he accused us of not paying him the insurance money. I had even advanced him money from our own savings as insurance was incredibly slow (kept him in the loop all the time too as I chased them many times). We wrote to him over a month ago - showing our bank records, to evidence this for him to 'make this right' and he has totally ignored us; shame on him. We are left now to have to pay another professional to finish off what he should have done.(whole kitchen installed after flood damage, insurance job)

I've used Panic twice now and already have a third visit arranged. Nigel is very professional, extremely friendly and hardly feels like a stranger in your house. He has high standards and is affordable. I will definitely keep him now as our main plumber and electrician for the future.

I needed a builder to take down a wall and replace with a stud wall at very short notice on a bathroom renovation. Nigel was able to come round before the weekend to quote and start on the Monday with it finished by midday Tuesday as he knew I had other trades needing to get in.I really appreciated his honesty, helpfulness and the great work he did for me. I have also had him back since to board my loft and install a ladder which has also been done beautifully.I would highly recommend Nigel Kilford for any job you might need.
