Dreadful service still no 24 bottles after 9 working days,no contact as to why until I contacted them, I did not supply a phone number apparently but I never do it's private, what was stopping them using email. They said items were damaged at warehouse and would have to be resent. I asked for a gesture of goodwill maybe a part refund on the £16.16 P&P for the long delay (3-5day dispatch advertised) but was told as it was not due to their process but redelivery they couldn't give me any refund, so who's fault was the damage/ delay if not theirs, it wasn't mine I still have not received the goods, I was informed just now the goods are leaving werahouse soon, will see if they arrive. Will never buy again from this company.I have today 11-2-19 had to contact the delivery company as the parcel was due today and was informed they could not find where to deliver as the company had left my name and house number off the delivery note how irresponsible is that.

Horrible experience. Would never use them again.Super unpredictable delivery times. Terrible customer service. Refunds don't really work. They give you credit" instead and then charge two fold for the "delivery" when trying to claim it.I'd say

This firm let down by DHL again and again. They seem to having a lot of problems getting their goods delivered reliably at a reasonable cost. I can get same waters cheaper and quickerr elsewhere now so bye bye aqua. Get shot of DHL is my advice.

Easy to order and very swift delivery! Very helpful delivery man too who kindly helped me up 4 fligjts of stairs to my flat with my 48 bottles of beloved Vichy Catalan, thank you

Having been on the lookout for some nice natural sparkling water I found AquaAmore and out an order in for Chateldon water. The offering on the website and customer service is great. I had some major issues with UPS though but this was beyond their problem. So far happy with the water and will order more in the future.

Horrible customer service Never received the delivery and they Refused to give full refund even though ups lost it

used to be very good a reliable. Now terrible. overcharged on delivery, dont tell you when they cant fullful your order so youre left guessing if your items will come and when. When speak to CS, they promise to correct it, then nothing. After a good couple of years with no problem, im switching. Once my last bottle of contrex arrives (about 2 months overdue now)

Excellent service. I had problem to place online order and Sevice agent Christopher helped me out by thinking out of box. From now onwards, I will be loyal customer to Aqua Amore whenever I will be in London. Highly recommended for excellent service and great collection of products. It's been a long time since I've spoken to such a friendly, helpful, informative and professional company. Ordered a shipment, came next day, wasn't in, called them and they said; no worries
