Enjoyed our meal at Bella tonight .Our server Joanna was very attentive and polite.She was looking after 3 tables but had time for everyone.Food was lovely can't fault it at all .

We visit this restaurant frequently. The staff are amazing. Particularly Joe and Lisa who can’t do enough to help. Always smiling even when it super busy. We love coming here! Food is lovely. Always a great standard. Blue light discount means it’s even better value.

I found Bella Italian a bit disappointing.First of all dispite the restaurant being quite quiet it took a very long time for any body to take a drinks order from us, by thr time they did we were ready to order our food which seemed to take ages to arrive.My pizza was mediocre at best. I have had much better.The toilets needed cleaning. You had to be careful where you stood.I think I will leave it a while before I revisit this restaurant.

We came last night to celebrate my birthday. Also had the opportunity to use a voucher, which was the main reason for the choice of venue. Food was lovely, we enjoyed 3 courses. Chloe M was our server and she was friendly and although it began to get busier towards the end of our meal she was quick to get our dessert order and then payment. Excellent service.

The food was amazing and at a good price, there's quite a lot to choose from on the menu, both me and my boyfriend really liked our meals! The staff were really nice and helpful too, we didn't feel arkward or anything when they came to talk to us like I've felt at other places before in the past either. Also the atmosphere was good too, definitely a restaurant I want to go to more often in the future!

The food was very good for a restaurant chain, food came very quickly.I've marked the service down, we hadn't booked and although greeted within a minute or two, getting seated took far longer than it needed too as there were 90% free tables! But only two girls working (rotating the bar and tables). I've been here before within the last year and service was excellent.The restaurant has some nice theming, and makes for a good first visit.

Had dinner here with my family in Easter weekend, served by Joanna. She was very attentive with my daughter and always had a genuine smile! Thank you so much, we’ll definitely be back. Food was delicious and the ambience was lovely. Quick service and staff were outstanding!

Its was my sons birthday, they provided a banner free of charge (I used the booking notes which they said was helpful for them too). The Hostess was amazing, attentive and talkative, but not overly. Our waitress was lovely clearly passionate and gave great customer service. A slight mishap / accident and food was replaced no quibble. The food was ok, tasty and presented well. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you for making some family memories for us

Delightful Chicken Milanese. Tender and juicy chicken and crispy breaded coating. The melted garlic butter was scrumptious! Lovely! Every bite made my mouth water.The Tiramisu was strong in flavour, sweet and creamy. The right amount of sponge. Served like a slice of cake I ate it so quickly I forgot to get a photo.I'm stuffed!The staff are great. Quick and pleasant.Value for money? Definitely!The outside seating area here is beside the carpark and you might think that's less than ideal but, it's warm today and it feels a bit like a busy street. I like to see life. There's a cinema here, bingo too. Very handy!

Service was not there, they was only 8 tables in altogether yet had to ask to be served when we wanted more drinks and dessert. Only 1 person ask if anything was okay, 2 minutes into us having main. It took that long to be able to get someone to come over. As soon as I start to write this review a member of staff saw me doing it and then wanted to know why I was doing a review. Why do you think? That really topped off tonight was the fact when it came to discount I was question so much about them. The manager told me I could have them but then a server telling me I can't. What the hell. Can you start to make sure all the server are on the same line.A very unhappy experience for my birthday.
