Brilliant service & quality alterations on a black dress I was considering selling because was too big. The lady pinned on me in the shop & alteration was perfect!

The alteration they did was uneven so I took the jeans back in. The tailor tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with them, and I had to insist and show her multiple times that one side clearly had a bulge in the seam. She then admitted it was “maybe a tiny bit uneven” and redid it there and then. If she had immediately noticed the mistake and apologised I wouldn’t have felt compelled to leave a bad review, but she failed to recognise her bad job and didn’t apologise after I pointed it out.

Needed to shorten the sleeve of my coat. Went to go check this shop as it has good reviews, and they really did well. I now have a perfectly fitted coat. Will come back here in the future for any alterations that I need.

Excellent service was due to a really important meeting and had to get my trousers shortened in the leg and hemmed. The lovely lady at the atelier got it done in an hour! Thank you so much my meeting went very well!

Fantastic! Excellent service. I had to have some ready made lined curtains cut down to fit an awkward window/radiator space. Moise did an excellent job in just a few days, hemmed and finished to the best quality - they look like they are new from the factory. Great price too. Highly recommended! Thank you.
