My Storage Hub

Over the past 2.5yrs I have used my storage & it has been great. From the start Luke was really helpful, arranged for a visit & answered all my questions promptly. I had 2 storage units & all my belongings were secure & in the same condition when they came out as they were when I first put them in! Will definitely use again if I require storage in the future.

One of the best companies I've used for my business. The customer service is second to none, Luke was a huge help and nothing was too much trouble. Gave great advice on which unit to choose to store my goods which made everything a lot easier. Would recommend to anyone.

For business purposes, I have used My Storage Pod services and I highly recommend it. Luke provided an excellent customer service from the beginning. He really went that extra mile. The unit has to be adapted and customized. Luke has made it happend, easily, whatever I had ask for, it was able to answer, suggest, help, assist, I was very pleased with the customer service provided. All the units are spotless. My Storage Pod it is clean, spacious, aerated, and well fitted in terms of security and logistics aspects. Highly Recommend. In fact, I do believe are one of the best places to choose in terms of units. I use them for over a year and I never experience any issue. Always clean and dry, A lot of my stuff sat in the unit for over 2 years and nothing has got smelly or mouldy. Staff are really helpful whenever you need anything. If we have a need for storage again we'll be coming back here

We are an online business and we started using My Storage Hub as our business grew and we needed some storage space. We started off with a fairly small unit but we have upgraded twice, and now we have two units, one of which we are able to work in.My Storage Hub have been fantastic, and they have been really flexible about us changing units as the business grew. They offer great value for money and all our interactions with the staff have been extremely positive. We would highly recommend them.

Extremely happy with the service received from start to finish at My Storage Hub. The process was straightforward and the facility is well secured, very clean and easily accessible. We used for storage between house moves and was very impressed. Excellent customer service also, would highly recommend.

The best customer service I've had from any storage company I've ever used.. my pod was clean, the perfect size and the cheapest I could find. I no longer require my pod but if I ever do then I'll be sure to use these guys again, no question. Highly recommend! Thank you!

We have used my storage hub to store our belongings moving between houses. We were advised on the size we would need and got a good deal by taking an upstairs space. The upstairs with no lift is no problem as they have trolleys for heavy items and a great space downstairs for unloading from a van. Fantastic service throughout from them, would highly recommend if you need things in a 100% dry, safe space. Great access when we wanted and it is also in a good location just off the a55.

Fantastic secure facility. Spotlessly clean, totally dry, easily accessible and extremely well run. I was so grateful to have been able to rent a unit here when I really needed it and have the confidence that all my art work and materials were safe and dry. Highly recommended
