I come here because they close at 8 pm, the wash machine is bad they don’t wash properly so I decide to wash in my house and dry it there. All was okay until one day I spent 4£ and the dry machine didn’t work I told the lady and she gave me back 2£ ok. I keep coming because the other dry machine worked.Today I came back and another dry machine that I use didn’t work either, I told the lady to give me 2£ and use another one and she ignored me and keep talking on the phone talking in her leanguage about me thinking that I don’t understand her lol. I keep saying please miss I need the 2£ and she keeps and keeps ignoring me, I don’t know if she’s the owner but she’s disrespectful and rude, and don’t know nothing about costumer service, never coming back

No where do I start I went to do some washing for some reason I must of went there on the wrong day the woman the works there for really rude when I started putting my stuff into the washer started telling me to leave as she was shutting up I asked when she shuts she told me now am leave she took all my stuff out of the washer and put it onto the floor and told me to leave never going to use that place again

Had a very bad experience, machine was faulty, no sign, just lost my money, no assistance.

The machines and dryers at this launderette give awesome results! My washing was so clean and dry in no time, great value. Of course there isn’t someone there 24/7, it’s a launderette! And yes take the right change, it’s a launderette!! And yes, take your own soap powder…it’s a launderette. A good one. It’s not your mums house.

Horrible dirty place. Needs a lot of work and renovation. Lost my money in a small washer last week. No-one was there to reimburse me. Luckily I could put my things in another machine. The woman that opens and closes the shop is very rude and vicious. She shouts after you if she wants you to hurry up so she can lock up the shop on time. There are no other facilities other a short, rickety bench to sit on while you wait. You have to bring everything with you such as soap, etc. If you want change you have to go over to one of the shops across the road. You can buy soap there if necessary. If you come by later it can get very busy.

This is my 3rd time here and I just tried to wash my clothes and went to the shops to get some money then when I came back the machine was not spinning and working I don’t understand why but. There needs to assistance when the shop is open and when it starts closing

Used once and fine. Came back again 7:45pm and was closed even though it says 8:00pm close on the door

Ok due to bad reviews by some awkward customers that can't follow rules that have been up for nearly 15 months in the shop about opening times and working round busy times so other customers get to use the machines but due to selfish customers that leave there washing in the washing machines sometimes over a hour so stopping the next customers using the machines this goes for the dryers aswell what is not acceptable the rules are plain and clear not to leave washing unattended ,but some customers get rudeness when been corrected it not a stores place to leave your washing in the machines it is a self-service washing machine shop but we'll washing is done use the dryers and again do not leave unattended as others at busy time are waiting, so can't follow simple rules in the shop that on the walls 8n the shop please don't be rude to others customers that follow the rules so no confrontation with other customers, what is not needed and cause being correct about rules in the shop for safety reasons including the shutting times due to getting dark early plus many break-in into the machines took nick the money let alone the damages that are caused, due to safety reasons and common sense I have to think for the safety off all regarding shop kept in good order and this includes customers that think its OK to be rude and not just to me customers aswell, it will not be tolerate by rudeness and one that don't like being correct and think putting bad reviews on lies due to then being correct on the rules and don't like it as have nothing better to do and yes I look up the people who give bad reviews but hey I do my homework and find out not only behave like this in this shop you literally do it to others shops aswell putting the others shops down with bad reviews come on nothing better too do really well carry on with yours bad reviews tactics caused have many happy customers every week that follow rules and understand theses rules for safety issues aswell our community round here look out for each other round here so we don't need customers that are rude due to thinking they are looking good doing this well its not needed don't like the rules or the shop sorry go elsewhere as our regular customers don't need selfish or rudeness customers behaviour like this to our regular customers or people that don't understand I always go the extra mile with the right customers and 100% rudeness and bad behaviour plus not follow the rules everyone else's dose so awkward customers we don't need customers that behave this way thanks for reading these points hopefully some learn from this for everyone sakes as it really isn't needed at all wish I didn't have too type this up but some need to read and think before coming in and behave in the wrong manner and I have been very polite in wording this and the rudeness customers who read this knows exactly what I have pointed out on this review I just put up today
