An excellent small companyWe had never had wooden floors before but a friend recommended Upton Wood Flooring to us and the whole process from choosing from the vast array of wood of products to the fitting could not have been easier. Jonny has excellent knowledge, explains everything clearly and he replies to emails and phone calls quickly (unlike one of the bigger firms that we initially contacted before receiving this recommendation). His fitters were superb too. We are considering having more work done as we are so pleased with our hall and sitting room

A perfect experience from start to finish, Jonny showed us several products and went through the pros and cons of each and helped us choose the right one for our needs. We laid the floor ourselves with some guidance and helpful tips, it took a few days but 100% worth it. The final product looks amazing, we couldn't be happier.

Large 5 bedroom house - solid wood oak flooring for all rooms, including bedrooms. Jonny was truly exceptional and I had never had better service or true value. Congratulations! If you are reading the reviews for Upton Wood then you may be considering getting in touch with the view to seeing what they have to offer and even possibly buying a floor. Why the congratulations? Because it may be the best thing you have done for a while.When we were looking for a new floor we visited several large retailers and a couple of smaller 'specialists'. They all had a wide range of floors (and an equally wide range of prices) and in most cases well informed salespeople. BUT, in every case we were conscious that their sole aim was to sell us a floor....any floor. That certainly wasn't the case at Upton where Jonny was far more interested in making sure we got the right floor. The one that best suited the location, the traffic, the way that we wanted to clean it (who knew that a floor could be completely ruined so easily by using the wrong materials....we didn't and we had had several in depth conversations with others) whether we might sand it in the future...etc etc etc.We are still congratulating ourselves that we made absolutely the right decision on the fantastic floor we bought and equally that we found Upton Wood.

They were responsive, good pricing, good honest advice, helped with any problems. Definitely would recommend!

We are so delighted with our absolutely stunning floor that was supplied and fitted by Upton! We have been restoring and refurbishing a Grade 2 listed Victorian property to a very high specification and were looking for a very special floor to run throughout that didn't jar with the surroundings and looked like it had always 'been there'. We were lucky enough to engage with Upton and from our very first meeting with Jonny we knew we had chosen the right team for our project, this company cares hugely about both the product and service they are providing and went over and above with advice during and after the installation to ensure we knew how to keep our floor looking it's very best. Everyone who visits comments on the beautiful and authentic floor and nobody ever believe's it's not original and has only just been installed. . . .mission accomplished!!!I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Upton if you require a new wooden floor. . .in-fact, I can't imagine any other company out there doing a better job!
