Great shop always do a quick repair same day

Nothing but Superb...fast repairs/services, and very reasonably priced indeed, on two bikes. A Bottechia, a mountain style bike 19yrs old, and a Claude Butler racer, 34yrs. One was completed within 3hrs of dropping the bike off.As I've always found over the four decades I've visited this cycle store, the customer service from all staff, is of a consistently high standard. Always interested in their customers, and nothing is too much trouble. My son too, was very impressed....we will continue to return in the future. Thank you.

Worst experience I've had from a bike shop, looked around for a bike frame re-spray. Quoted me £250-£300 over the phone, then in the shop went up to £250-£350. I stripped the bike down for them and asked if they could put back together for me and 2 new brake cables.i expected £450 max, also I dropped of in November and asked for it to be done before March. They replied no problem at all. I had to chase them continuously as they wouldn't call me. I got the bike back in April and they said it was £600...as you can expect I was shocked, and they knocked of £50. And after checking the bike there are blemishes on the paint work which was there before I gave it to them, yes it's had a respray but not to the quality of £550. I will not go back to them as I've just excepted I was ripped of and will never use again or recommend to any one else.......do love it when they lie on their reply. They where told it was a carbon on the phone and in the shop, and at no time would I left it with them if the quoted £5-600..I had a quote of £450 else where...SIMPLY A OUT & OUT LIE ..

Took my bike in for service after reading reviews: friendly staff, great service, explained what they'd done and all within 48 hours. The shop looks small from the outside but it's like an Aladdin's Cave inside - will definitely be returning for all my cycling needs.

Your friendly local bike shop - very helpful and great to know it's there! I popped in to buy a missing screw for my daughter's bike, and before I knew it they had already fitted it to the bike and told me how to adjust the brakes. Excellent service!

They repaired my sticking back brake. Called me once completed. Excellent service

Fantastic 121 bike maintenance lesson - highly recommend as you learn on your own bike. Great fun as well.
