Got my hair done at this place. Silvia knows exactly what I needed and very professional. She makes me happy with the results. Highly recommended.

Top notch service, from start to end.I went on a busy Saturday, and this didn't affect how I was treated as a customer. They were patient, attentive and more.Jamie (I hope I'm spelling her name right) was a legend. We got into lots of chat, as you do at the salons, and she was so friendly and can tell she loved what she did.Great team of people that service the local area, very well.

Good morningI have been using your salon for a few months. I had my eyebrows done on Saturday. Always hard to see properly in the salon. As lights bright and holding eyelid down. However myself and other people have noticed how uneven they are one eyebrow thick the other thin. I wanted them to Tinted too which you did. The tint was on for about 1 minute. My total time in your chair for threading and tiny was 5 minutes 32 seconds. Really not happy with the total outcome of my wonky eyebrows.It means growing them again. I'm off on holiday today. Not a great look .I will try to attach a photo.I will do this on another email as the photo won't send.I don't really believe in naming and shaming on a Google review so I thought I would message you first.Also I booked my appointment with Angela but did not get her. So glad I found this hair salon a couple of years ago. Rabia and Silvia are amazing and so are all the ladies that work there. Rabia helps me with my nails and has educated me on the best skin care products and by looking at my skin tone advised me of the best high quality foundation. Rabia is always friendly and makes me feel welcomed and valued.Silvia is, in my opinion, the best hair dresser - and I have been to many over the years! Her experience and skill is so extensive that she cuts and styles my hair with only my description of what I want. She is honest when she believes a cut and style won’t work for me. Her knowledge of hair treatments and products on the market is brilliant. She always advises me of products I can buy and where to buy them, to give me the desired styling affect at home.I will always be a customer here.Michelle

Always giving the best service from all different types of waxing, tinting and even nails! Rabia also does amazing lash extensions that really do last and does the exactly how you like them! I highly advise not to get a haircut in the afternoon (or at all...)It's a high possibility it won't happen.I had an appointment booked in the afternoon.I patiently waited for 40 minutes. I asked the owner of the boutique kindly how much longer I would have to wait.I was then shocked to hear her reply with, go ask her yourself" (the owner was not the stylist

Great salon. Extremely efficient staff team. I have used pedicure, manicure and hair stylist services. Everything done to a professional standard. Got the Balayage treatment done here, and the stylist, Sylvia, has done an amazing job. The owner of the salon always make it a priority that you are comfortable and looked after. Will definitely recommend. The location is also a plus being in the Belfry.

Ive been coming to this salon for over 2 years now! Rabia is the best ! She’s so welcoming and always accommodating - would recommend this 100%!! Her staff is very good! Jamie is very quick and gentle !!

They did my ear piercing, didn’t hurt,gave really good cleaning lotion and also told us to call if any problems,everything went well and now I am able to change them every so often with no fuss,compared to when I had them done elsewhere, they where very good
