Pull&Bear

Today I bought a pair of cargos from here. It was very busy but staff were very friendly and patient through how busy it was. Shop floor wasn’t entirely clean, a lot of jeans everywhere but not their fault as it was packed.Really lovely decor inside!

I have just left the store in tears . I was outside the changing rooms picking up the clothes my boyfriend was gonna purchased to take them to the till and pay for them when the “team leader”/“manager” came to me in a very rude way to yell at me asking me to leave. Despite I told her “I’m coming out now” as I was counting the items to be purchased but she continue to yell at me in front of many other customers. My boyfriend didn’t want to try any more clothes and I just paid what I managed to get out of his hands before the manager continue to yell at me. HORRIB EXPERIENCE . I hope she doesn’t treat her colleagues as she treats customers. On the contrary, the cashier, a young man, was friendly. I was there on Monday 27th November at 7:20 pm. I hope HR or someone in corporate do something about it. It’s quite alarming having someone with no manners at the front of the store. I believe she speaks Spanish too.

Literally no staff to be seen anywhere. Tried to buy a t shirt at the self checkout. No idea how to remove the security tag and nobody around to help. I pressed the help button and waited for 10 mins. Ended up just leaving the t shirt. I wonder how many sales they've lost because of this.

I just want to say that the young girl on the till and the girl working in the changing rooms today were very friendly and now I have smiley memories of buying my fab new jumper, thankyou. [11 Nov 2023]

Staff in general just really unhelpful but the guy at the changing rooms on 28th June at about 1pm was just pathetic, really. If one person can’t handle the simple task of taking a number disk and hanging up something I didn’t want at the same time( it was literally a arm stretch away) as well as giving semi decent customer service, we as the human race are all seriously doomed. He Was like I will take that, YOU put your clothes there. Eh ok is that not your job this guy was seriously flustered and incredibly entitled all at the same time. It would have been pretty funny if it wasn’t so tragic. You work in retail, the whole point of your job is customer service. Please do remember that, if you can’t cope with a simple task such as that. God help you Hopefully the manager doesn’t put you on something harder like the till that might just push him over edge.

The store itself is fine, but the staff is snarky and rude. One girl snatched clothes from me when I was trying to give them back after trying some on. No eye contact, she was completely rude (as if I forced her to work by giving her the clothes back or something). Another staff member, this time a male with bleached hair and glasses, kicked my husband out when I was showing him an outfit I tried on. Mind you, he wasn’t inside the changing room, he was standing just outside it looking thorough an open curtain. The staff definitely have an attitude which lead me to not make a purchase today.

Was in Edinburgh Store. Asked to use the changing rooms. Staff unapproachable and when you did ask a question just get grunted at. Love the clothes but the customer service is non existent.

This is the second poor experience in this store. I didn't leave a review last time because we all have off days.Overall, shocking customer service. The staff were incredibly rude despite trying to kill them with kindness. I found myself apologising after they were rude to us! The salesperson literally threw the clothes at my face after helping me to remove a security tag - no exaggeration. She didn't even look in my direction and walked away.The entire time, she was huffing and rolling her eyes. In the changing room, my friend and I were laughed at by staff when we were showing each other our outfits.
