This is a brilliant place, they’ve helped me so much, I really don’t know where I would be with out it. The facilities are all free and they do great food. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and they give good advice, and they will help in anyway they can. I love it and thx to u all for being here for me, and helping me. Would defo recommend it to anyone who wants/needs help. X x

The Volunteer staff are absolutely amazing they truly are wonderful. They are passionate about helping changing people's lives for the better. Excellent facilities, floors of things to do, computer suite, musical instruments, food at different times of the day. They really care for people and you don't need money to do anything.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great help in various ways: free hot drinks, warm meal, phonecalls, help with paperwork regarding benefits etc, washing, clothes
