From the get go, I was instantly made to feel comfortable and special. The ladies really listened to my worries and wants and helped me find my dream dress. Being a plus size girl, I was putting off finding a dress however Jess made the experience so easy and worry-free and we had the best time. I would 1000% recommend and so glad I said yes to the dress at confetti rain bridal!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting a Mother of the Bride outfit from Confetti Rain just after my daughter ordered her wedding dress from there. I especially want to thank Michelle for making beautiful bespoke alterations to my outfit to slightly change the look of it to what I wanted. Michelle is an extremely talented seamstress and her work is exceptional. The whole experience from start to finish has been superb. Visit this bridal shop if you want a beautiful outfit and be made to feel special.

I would highly recommend confettirain bridal shop for anyone looking for a wedding dress.Michelle and the staff were so kind and made my whole experiencePerfect. There was so many beautiful dresses to choose from and i found the perfect dress with the help from the staff. Before my wedding day I lost a lot of weight and i was worried as it would no longer fit.Michelle was amazing she spent a lot of time and she did all of the alterations and it fitted perfectly.I really can't thank you all enough.I am truly grateful to Michelle and the staff for giving me my fairytale wedding.

One word, wow.I came across confetti rain bridal, due to a last minute change of mind with my dress. My wedding was in 5 weeks and I was panicking after trying my original dress on (bought pre covid) and not liking it.I spoke to them through messenger and they let me know what they had in and sizes and we arranged an appointment the next day - late afternoon on Friday.The dresses are so beautiful! The dressing room where you get changed and presented in is huge.After finding the styles I wanted and a few more in and around the store we tried dress after dress!, there was no push sales, I never felt rushed, I felt like I was the only person that mattered right now. I could try the same dress on again to make sure it was right with the veil and finishing touches. I tried so many on and they all looked stunning so it was a hard decision!The customer service was excellent. She stayed way after closing time to make sure I was happy with my decision (which I was !! Over the moon, the most beautiful dress!) we even hugged at the end because she was so lovely!I would highly recommend confetti rain bridal as your bridal dress shop, you will definitely find the dress of your dreams, and feel at ease with the staff who know exactly what they are talking about!Get booked in now, can’t thank you enough xx

It was a natural choice to return to Michelle at Confetti Rain when our second daughter planned her wedding. Once again we had amazing help and were treated with such care and attention we were made to feel so special. She has a special stage area with curtains so the family can sit and have a reveal during the choosing stage. It's a fantastic moment and really enjoyable. If you want the best dress at a really reasonable price and amazing personal and bespoke service go to confetti rain. Thanks so much Michelle.

Beautiful shop with lots of dresses to chose from, I found the perfect dress. Michelle was friendly and helpful. Would recommend the shop but not the alteration service.6 weeks before my big day, I had my final fitting leaving plenty of time for final alterations. I went to collect my dress 2 days before my wedding, the alterations had only been done that morning! They had not been quality checked and were a mess, the wrong colour cotton had been used and Michelle explained that she’d used a new machine so it had puckered my dress leaving it with a frilly hem. I left the dress at the shop and return to collect it 3 hours later when it had been restitched - by this time I was so upset and stressed about the situation. Not what a bride needs 2 days before her wedding. I left the shop with my dress knowing that it wasn’t right but had convinced myself that no one would notice. I don’t want another bride to feel the way I did.Amendment added 12th August in response to Michelle’s reply below.I was more than happy with the sample dress that I bought from the shop - the issue was with the alterations carried out at the shop by Michelle, alterations were paid for 6 weeks before the wedding but we’re not made until collection day 2 days before the wedding - this was not acceptable. I left the shop with my dress as I felt I had no alternative 2 days before the wedding.It should also be noted that I paid £200 for these alterations - at this price they should have been perfect.

On behalf of Kate Hardy-Houldsworth, what can I say ? I visited confetti rain a few weeks before my wedding it was far to late to order a dress so one had to be picked from the shop Michelle the owner worked for hours to make my dream dress perfect. Her attention to detail was second to none she listend to all my ideas and took on board all my concerns. I can't recommend the staff and the service I received highly enough if your looking for not only a wedding dress but a shop that cares then confetti rain is the place for you
