Do not use pre-booked the taxi and never showed up called to ask were the taxi was they put the phone down very rude didn’t have a clue what was going on in organised company

Ordered taxi Had to go work In sale told the driver to take to me to Chester road nearest tram stop which’s less then mile where I was located greedy driver want to charge me more money he take in Charlton side cost was £4.80 he just given me £5.00. The result I had to take tram to Trafford bar then another tram arrived late at work Poor service he not even speak English.

They saved my day, for a pre-booked taxi, that didn't show for a Hospital appointment. Also, other more established & local operators, had a one hour wait, due to a lack of available drivers.

I have been using this taxi service for a while now. Very and extremely reliable. I’m a very happy and a satisfied customer. Never had a problem. They always turn up on time and the drivers are very friendly.Thank you!

When my usual company let me down these guys came to the rescue. Recommended and not to expensive and they sent a text message on arrival

All-United Cars have just lost 5 regular and very honest paying customers from the same household. Disrespectful judgemental Drivers. Disappointed.I have used this service over 100 times over the years (at an approximate guess) often for the same journey and called them from my home phone number with members of my House which also use the same Taxi firm all the time... I was asked for 'money upfront' around 70% of the time for an exact same journey that I always make.I have given them no reason for suspicion. I assumed there must me another reason so I was always happy to pay the £9 upfront... Until today I only had £2.50 on me. The Driver refused to take me. The same Driver who has took me on the same journey before. He said that I 'might run off' and was quite rude with his attitude towards me considering I am a long time regular customer and have never given any reason whatsoever for them not to trust me or the other customers in my household.We will not be using them again. Very rude and suspicious/judgemental for no obvious reason at all. We are all regular paying customers... To find out that the Drivers always suspected that I might 'run off' is downright upsetting and offensive.I always thought there might have been a much more innocent reason for them requiring the money upfront for the last few years. Some of the Drivers don't ask for money upfront and the ride is only as ordinary and smooth as any other ride. I always tell them to keep the change on the rare occasions I would get a non judgemental and suspicious Driver.Other members of my household have just informed me of similar experiences and have also never given any reason whatsoever for the company to not trust the people living here. We are talking about years and years of calling the exact same Taxi company here!

Terrible. Booked a taxi for the airport, they were upset that I wanted to pay by card, then they didn't turn up despite repeated promises of '2 mins away'. At 20 mins after the pick up time I was forced to get an Uber.

Very bad service. I booked in advance, called up the day before to confirm and then they cancelled my taxi 20 minutes before it was due to arrive

Extremely rude on the phone. I rang up to book a journey from one side of Manchester Centre to the other over a week in advance and the guy on the phone told me to get a Black Cab. If I wanted a Black Cab I wouldn't be ringing for a taxi. He then wouldn't answer the question of the price difference between taxi and black cab then hung up. I'll stick with Uber. No wonder taxi firms are struggling with this attitude.
