The Hair Spa

After my first visit to The Hair spa I cannot wait to return! The staff there are so friendly & make it such a great atmosphere to be in. The salon feels lavish but not pretentious. My favourite part was the chair at the basin where they rinse your hair, and give you a lovely head massage...but also the chair massages you too! I felt so relaxed! My hairdresser Amy was so warm and welcoming & put me at ease. I loved what she did with my hair. I'd highly recommend The Hair Spa.

Looked after brilliantly by the friendly staff from start to finish. Enjoyed a full pamper experience in the hair spa with Zoe. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to the hair spa for well over a year now and what a result I have gotten from them. My stylist Zoe is incredible. She has taken me from a very dark brown which I thought was impossible to get rid of due to box dye, to an amazing ashy platinum blonde, with the condition being unreal. They use the latest products and techniques and are all very friendly and approachable girls. Couldn’t recommend them enough!! :)

I had HD brows done with Alysia and I absolutely loved them! She talked me through every step and made me feel very comfortable and end result was amazing! I will deifinetly be coming again! X

Terrible experience using The Hair Spa for a wedding in early spring this year. Gorgeous venue sadly that’s the only positive I can give. I had a hair and make up package, and by the evening was left with terrible conjunctivitis and an ugly updo to boot. Completely ruined the weekend. I have had my make up done professionally for over a decade elsewhere, and sadly this time had the insides of my tear ducts rubbed so hard with Q Tips that I lost a layer of skin. All documented. All photographed and treated accordingly pharmacist and doctor.Spoke with a manager who offered 50% refund. Expressed I preferred at the very least a full refund never mind costs and ruined weekend in agony and afterwards. A manager called “Geoff Dale” has now been “investigating” the matter since April 2022…. Clever trick he uses is to reply saying he’s doing it but doesn’t actually communicate I ate or answer any further questions or give any resolutions.Expect more from apparent 5*. Steer clear. Save your money and do it yourself. No infection :)

Been using this salon for the last few years and I always receive an excellent service. Jess always does an amazing job and I never leave unhappy. The whole experience is friendly and professional.

Booked in for a hair appointment with Joe at the salon before my work's party. The receptionist called a day earlier to confirm the booking which kept me reassured! When I arrived, initially I parked in the wrong place so the receptionist came out to find me which was so lovely of her! The salon itself is so swish and makes you feel like you've walked onto a film set! Joe did my hair better than the picture I showed him and he's such a pleasure to talk to! Everyone was so friendly and I genuinely couldn't have expected anything more from the team! Great venue with brilliant staff! 11 out of 10 from me!
