I have been having trouble with my computer for ages but didn't have time to take it anywhere and was also worried about costs.I called Chris in the morning and by the evening ( I stayed in the comfort of my own home no travelling anywhere with computer) all my IT problems had vanished!! Our work computer crashed and I needed some data recovery assistance quickly. I phoned Quarm Solutions, a local IT company, about 6pm one evening and they offered to collect the computer the next day, take out the hard drive and send it to a specialist company. They received the old hard drive back from the specialists and this, the computer and the portable hard drive (with about 98% of the data recovered) were delivered back to me. Quarm have been very helpful and friendly throughout and so I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I was in a panic. It was 9 am on a Saturday morning. I had turned my computer on and I couldn't get past the logon screen. I rang Chris at Quarm and he successfully talked me through what I needed to do to give him remote access to my computer.
