Very fast, came within half an hour on a Sunday and had my new audi open in minutes. Don't worry about paying up front, worth every penny and totally trustworthy.

Just had an emergency and needed to get into the car ASAP. He arrived within a few minutes of my call and was back into my car in seconds. Amazing service. Highly recommend.

Lost my car keys this morning phoned few companies to deal with it but the best offer received was within 48 hours. These guys managed to get me back on the road in less than 3 hours from my call for a good price. I had a truly horrible experience with this unprofessional outfit.I lost my car key at my place of work. I called out A1, who said it would take about an hour to get a replacement key sorted. It took them over 60 hours (over a two and a half day period) to come to the conclusion they couldn't do the job they had quoted me a price of £220.I had to constantly chase them up to find out the status of my vehicle, most times they ignored my phone calls and would only answer their phone when I used a different number (presumably because they thought I was another customer) Ultimately, they said I should get the job done by someone else because they couldn't do it.I called another company to take the job, but they refused to do it because they found A1 had butchered the car's ECU (brain). The automotive key specialist I called after A1, said they could have sorted a replacement key out in a few hours, for £200, if A1 hadn't done such a shoddy job on the ECU in the first place.It has been two weeks since A1 let me down, I am still trying to find a solution to the problem they caused my car's ECU.Please stay away from this outfit if you want to avoid a horrible customer experience.

The best service I have ever received. This guy's deserve an award honestly. I called several autolocks and this was by far the best.i called him out if hours and he even picked me up and took me to the location of my car. From there he tried everything to fix it and he did. Fair price and 110 % quality job.

For the Second time i used a1 autolocks on two different vehicles i received the highest quality service. First time out i needed a key programmed for my ford transit i made the call and booked a time with the gentleman and he arvived on time at location. I was impressed with his knowledge of his profession and his friendly positive attitude helps you to relax when your in a stressful situation. Second time out when i locked my key inside my volvo i did not hesitate to call autolocks and as of before he came on time to my location. In no time i had my keys in my hand and was back on the road again. I requested a digital receipt of work carried out to which i was given and i i can not say anything bad about this service. Super fast and effective service! Locked myself out my car right before a wedding, Everyone else told me they cant do it because its a Mercedes. The guy came down in literally 10 mins and had my car open in another 10 to 15 mins. Absolute life savers. Definitely recommend.
