POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE! This is the worst company by far. They are liar, inadequate and malicious. I will keep this short, simply I started to work with them and they did not collect my bin for 3 weeks! They lied about arrivals, parking, times, attempts etc... I have CC TV and they did not show up even for a second. Just avoid these scammers for all cost!

Bill changes price every time month when am not on a meter and the bill date also keeps changing. Can't pay bills unless you ring up been on hold for 25 mins phone was put down. Tried setting up direct debt but keeps failing. Am done going with another company.

We were looking to transfer our water services to this company, changed our minds within the timeframe but they transferred one of the services anyway, despite our instructions to the contrary

Avoid at all costs. Could not recommend this company at all. They request payment a full 2 months in advance and as if that isn't bad enough they constantly over-estimate the usage if you do not keep up with accurate meter readings. Can't wait for the contract period to terminate.

I have Held a business account with everflow for nearly a year now.In may my water was cut off by Thames water due to works carried out with out permission and ever flow even when notified have continued to invoice me and tell me there is nothing they can do about it.Even now after 7 months of payments without any water being supplied to my property, and I have had to leave the premises due to the no water situation they are still not returning my money for water that has not been used.If your looking for good customer service I would look elsewhere, you will be on hold for 30 minutes just for some one to pick up and then hang up the phone.

We have had issues for a while now with Everflow charging 2 months in advance but having spoken to Julie today we are to get the £400+ overcharge repaid and she has given me advice going forward. Hopefully this is the start of a better relationship.

This company behaves despicably to its customers. Supplying my firm for nearly 2 years, Everflow demand a monthly meter reading which involves a thirty mile drive then take money for supplies which won't come until the month after next. Last month their bill charged over £600 for a month supply to a 1 bedroom cottage. An hour long phone call was needed to get it put right.
