Yoga at The Hatchery

I had the most wonderful yoga session at The Hatchery this week. I am a yoga novice and Ana was so supportive. The session was so relaxing, the setting so inviting and cosy and ideal for easing me back into exercise. There is something so calming about doing yoga surrounded by gorgeous foliage. Loved it!

There is a great atmosphere at The Hatchery for a yoga class. It’s very serene and calming which is a great environment to practice yoga. Ana is very welcoming and has a relaxing tone during her classes. She is inclusive and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. There are lots of props to support you in the class to suit your own comfort needs. The yoga is suitable for any levels and there is range of different types for you to try.

My daughter and I attended the most relaxing and inspiring yoga session we've ever had. Ana was the most calming and attentive teacher with every comfort thought of. The studio is a beautiful and calming space and a must-visit for anyone who loves, yoga or loves the idea of yoga but hasn't tried it yet, such an inviting vibe! An added bonus is the attached plant shop which is just amazing!Thank you for having us, we'll be back!

This is not your ordinary yoga studio or class!!!! The studio is a little piece of heaven, surrounded by beautiful plants keeping you grounded, the smell is simply divine and the atmosphere instantly calming! Ana is an amazing teacher and gives such a personal supportive class you could forget you were in a group class! The equipment is beautiful! Nothing I could fault!! Having done a lot of yoga classes all around the UK I have never found one like this! I want to move in!!!!

I enjoyed the ‘yin yoga’ at the Hatchery, it was a very gentle and calm approach. Ana provided me with lots of supportive equipment that I needed to participate and adjusted poses to meet my needs.The space itself is magical, with stunning decor and wonderful equipment.
