Customers service was spot on and my office is thriving with its new printer - On the money! Although the printer is perfect, we had one problem with it about 6 months ago but sure enough the Direct Imaging crew saved the day within 20 minutes!! Customer service is great I can not fault it.

Many thanks to Matty, who helped me out last week by ordering a Canon waste toner cartridge for our church photocopier/printer, as well as sending Stuart Chapman on Friday afternoon to get the machine going temporarily. The new cartridge arrived Monday morning (as promised) and I fitted it later that day - all working fine now!I'm really grateful for your excellent, friendly help.
