Ignore the bad reviews as they're out of date. Used these guys twice to look at some issues on my BMW 3 series. Very professional and great communication. Diagnosed all issues and both times the bill was much less than expected and all work carried out very efficiently. Highly recommended.Thanks guys!Francis

I've been taking my SL320 here for years. We always have an honest frank discussion about what's best. Prestige have been tremendous at finding parts and doing the work in the shortest time. Great communication, even called me when on holiday to discuss the brakes.I have been nervous about finding the right garage in the past, as soon as I found Prestige, I knew i could trust them after the first service.Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

I can only think the bad reviews on here were from when the garage was under the old management, which makes sense given the dates. As for my experience - as a female new driver and first time car owner I was really DREADING getting my car serviced, as I find garages very intimidating places, but the guys were fantastic. They immediately put me at my ease by explaining exactly what the service would involve and promising that they wouldn't carry out expensive works without informing me first. Luckily, my Mini sailed through the service, which was very reasonably priced and was completed exactly when they said it would be. I don't know about others, but I got fantastic, friendly, efficient, five star service and won't be going anywhere else In future.

Really impressed. Took my car in at short notice for an inspection and ended up with less work than I was expecting. The mechanics know their stuff about the brand and know what is worth doing and what isn’t. I’m new to Mercedes having just bought a used car but know enough about car mechanics to spot the cowboys (and there are many). Every question I asked was answered with detail and knowledge, a real pleasure to meet Ibby. I’m glad that I’ve got an Indy so close to home that I can trust.

Unprofessional uncommitted…just making money. Charging extra money not based on service based on the vehicle. They changed my Range Rover wishbone after that my car brakes became faulty was perfect before leaving my car for three days with them. Went to Halfords they found out tie rod was not fitted properly. And they refused to accept it.I paid them £600 for this job.Not expert just making money. Buying part expensively double price from a market price.AVOID it.

Genuinely exceptional service. Manager as well as the mechanics. Very approachable team. They’re really reliable. If they say they will call you back, they will make sure of it. I’m impressed with the whole service and repairs to my vehicle. Thank you again guys :)

5 star service.Having called quite late on a Wednesday and briefly explain the issue, I was surprised when I was told that I could drop my car off the next morning.It was clearly explained to me what would happen as well as the cost for the initial diagnostic testing. I was then contacted shortly after the problem was identified to discuss next steps.Less than 24 hours later, my car was fixed and ready to be collected.Excellent customer service from Iby and the team and I will certainly be returning if I have any other problems. I'm happy that I didn't go to BMW.Thank you again!

The paint work on my damaged car was repaired to a very high standard and looks as good as new.I highly recommend this garage for the quality of workmanship and the customer care. The Manager is professional, helpful and courteous.

I started using this place a couple of years ago. Their work is excellent. They can diagnose and fix my 10 year old S Class Mercedes in a very short time. Very friendly and they do not carry out unnecessary work.

Twice I’ve used Prestige for repairs on my 2009 VW Golf. Once for replacement brakes and once for replacement wing mirror light. Both times quoted a competitive price and job done the same day. Will be back when my car inevitably fails again!
